These Awards are organised by Lewisham CEPN Training Hub with colleagues and leads from Lewisham ICB
About this Event
These awards will recognise the outstanding work in Lewisham by staff working in general practice and will be an exciting opportunity to celebrate with colleagues, as well as showcase and award teams and individuals.
The evening will include a buffet and entertainment.
To ensure fairness, we have allocated a number of tickets to each PCN/organisation - please ensure you select your ticket under the PCN/Organisation you work for and then complete the booking form in full. We also kindly request that tickets are only booked if you intend to attend and please do cancel your booking if you are no longer able to make it so the ticket can be offered to others.

Nominations for the Lewisham General Practice Excellence Awards 2024/25
The Award Categories open for staff nomination in 2024/25 are:
- GP Practice of the Year
- GP of the Year
- Practice Manager of the Year
- Practice Nurse of the Year
- Receptionist/Administrator of the Year
- Extended Practice Team Member of the Year (ARRS Roles)
- Innovation in Health Award (Project)
- System Collaboration Award (Project)

We will also once again be running a People’s Choice Award, with nominations to be made directly by the public using the following link: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/GPAWARDS2425/ or scanning the QR code on the poster opposite
And, new for 2024/25, we are introducing a 'PCN of the Year' award. All six Lewisham PCNs are asked to compile a short 2-3 minute video to showcase the amazing work you are doing. All videos will be shown at the event - please contact Ashley.OShaughnessy@selondonics.nhs.uk with any queries or support in making your videos.
Nominations will be assessed based on impact, quality, improved patient experience and innovation. The deadline for all nominations/PCN videos is Monday 16th December 2024.
The judging panel for the awards is as follows;

- Rebecca Corneck - Lewisham CEPN Training Hub, Lead Nurse
- Ashley O'Shaughnessy - SEL ICB , Associate Director of Primary Care and Community Based Care
