12.30pm-1.55pm: Lunch and Networking
2.00pm: Welcome from Louise Hassan, Primary Care Support Specialist - South East London Workforce Development Hub/ Non-Clinical Lead, Lewisham CEPN Training Hub.
This session will provide a walkthrough of the CQC Toolkit, showing how it can be used to support governance, evidence compliance, and demonstrate good practice across your service. We will also address the key questions and themes raised during the recent SELWDH CQC webinar.
Take a closer look at Regulation 12 (Safe Care and Treatment) and Regulation 18 (Staffing), focusing on inspector expectations and common compliance gaps.
The session will finish with a summary of the key insights from the HLTH Manage 2026 Framework Changes training, helping managers to improve their evidence gathering, and prepare for future CQC inspections.
There will be a 20 mins Refreshment Break at the end of this session.
Following the break, Managers will be have the opportunity to join the non-clinical session in the Studio Theatre
